How can I track my order?
KUWAIT:
For Kuwait customers, you can track your order by WhatsApp +965-96906062 with your order ID.
INTERNATIONAL:
When your order is shipped you will receive an Email with your shipment details. The email will contain your Airway Bill Number which will be a string of numbers e.g. 1002422190. This shipment number can be used to track your shipment across DHL.
You can use this number to track your shipment by visiting www.dhl.com and enter your (awb) in the box. You can use this method to track multiple shipments as well.
How can I make sure to get same day delivery in Kuwait?
The majority of our customers should expect their delivery within one working day of placing the order.If you place your order before 2pm we should be able to have your order out for delivery to you by that afternoon.

How can I schedule delivery?
NON-Kuwait orders:
DHL will directly call you to schedule your delivery. If you don't receive a call from DHL, please contact their call center as soon as possible to avoid any delays. You can also visit your nearest DHL branch. If none of the above are working for you, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us by emailing info@letouch.net or WhatsApp +965 96906062. Our Delivery Solutions team will step in to intervene on your behalf!
How can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Please send your order ID to info@letouch.net to notify us of your correct address. You can also WhatsApp us at +965-96906062. This only applys on local orders in Kuwait. International orders aren’t permitted to change the address post shipping.
I've been waiting longer than your delivery promised, what should I do?

Do you offer collection in Kuwait?
We do NOT offer outlet/reception collection in Kuwait, only delivery.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Kuwait:
The majority of our customers should expect their delivery within 1-2 working day of placing the order.
International:
International orders will reach to the destination country within 3-5 working days.
Shipping and Charges
What if the item I received is damaged on delivery?
At LETOUCH we always take extra care in packaging your items. However, in case the item you received was damaged, please inform us immediately via WhatsApp on +965-96906062.
I don't want to receive my order, what should I do?
You can cancel your order at any time before the order has been shipped from our warehouse with cancellation fees for payments with knet 250 files, payments with visa, master and apple pay 3% from the total ammount will be deducted. Once you've received the shipping confirmation it will not be possible to cancel your order. In case of international orders, after the cancellation is complete, your LETOUCH credit will be added to your account for the same value as your returned items. Will you ship to Qatar if I don't provide a valid ID?
Unfortunately, a customs regulation for Qatar requires that we provide a valid personal ID for your shipment. Accepted photo identification documents include one of the followings

- Passport
- Driver's license
- Qatar ID
If you fail to provide this documentation we won't be able to ship your order to you.
For deliveries within Kuwait, we offer a flat rate delivery charge of 1.9 KWD across the entire country.
For international shipments, the shipping charges vary based on the total weight of the package. Shipments weighing less than 2KG will incur a shipping charge of 7KWD, while shipments weighing 2KG and above will be subject to a shipping charge of 11KWD.

Double check the following common mistakes:

Some cards are not enabled for e-commerce shopping, contact your bank to enable your card for online shopping.
